This voucher allows for booking any stay at Hotel H12. It can be used only once. In case of partial use, the remaining amount will not be refunded. If the monetary voucher is used to purchase an offer (reservation is confirmed), and then the reservation is canceled, the voucher cannot be reused (the voucher expires). The voucher is not exchangeable for cash. Remember not to share the voucher with third parties. To receive an invoice for the purchase of the voucher, please contact the reception directly at hotel@h12.pl.
